🚫 PLEASE NOTE:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Every item is custom-made to order. This includes sizing issues, unwanted items, or change-of-mind.

The only exceptions are for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case a free replacement or refund will be offered.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos.

We'll offer a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

You do not need to return the faulty item — feel free to keep, recycle, or donate it.

2. Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

First, check your tracking link.

.

If it’s been over 15 business days (US) or 30 business days (International) since the estimated delivery date, contact us.

.

We'll investigate and provide a replacement if the order is confirmed lost.

3. Colour Variations

.

Due to made-to-order printing:

.

Minor colour differences may occur between screen and print due to display settings, printing methods, and fabric types.

.

These are normal and not considered defects.

.

4. EU/UK Cooling-Off Period Exemption

.

Under EU/UK law, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period:

All RustedSociety products are custom-made, so this exemption applies.

5. Address Errors

We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect address entry.

.

If returned to sender, re-shipping may be offered at your expense.

6. Cancellations

.

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

.

After that, cancellation is not guaranteed due to immediate production

.

7. Refund Processing


Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.

.

Your payment provider may take up to 10 business days to show it.
